By accessing or using CrypFame, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

02Service Description

CrypFame is a permanent on-chain fame monument on the Ethereum blockchain. Users interact with a smart contract to earn Fame points that are permanently recorded on-chain. Fame is cumulative, permanent, and public.

03No Financial Advice / Not an Investment

Fame points have no monetary value. CrypFame is not an investment platform. No returns, profits, or financial gains are promised or implied. Do not spend more than you can afford to lose. Nothing on this website constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice.

04Blockchain Transactions

All transactions are processed on the Ethereum blockchain. By initiating a transaction, you acknowledge that:

• Transactions are irreversible and non-refundable.
• You are responsible for gas fees and transaction costs.
• CrypFame has no ability to reverse, cancel, or modify blockchain transactions.
• Transaction confirmation times depend on the Ethereum network and are outside our control.

05User Content

Users may upload profile images, banner images, and shout messages to the platform.

• You retain ownership of content you upload.
• You grant CrypFame a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display your content on the platform.
• You must not upload illegal, offensive, or copyrighted content you do not own.
• CrypFame reserves the right to remove any content at any time without notice.

06On-Chain Permanence

Data recorded on the Ethereum blockchain — including Fame scores, shout messages, referral connections, and transactions — is permanent and cannot be deleted or modified by anyone, including CrypFame. This is an inherent property of blockchain technology.

07Wallet & Security

• You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys.
• CrypFame never has access to your private keys or seed phrases.
• Connecting your wallet to CrypFame is at your own risk.
• We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your wallet.

08Referral System

CrypFame operates a referral system. Referral links are tracked via URL parameters and the referral ID is stored locally in your browser. Referral bonding is permanent after your first on-chain interaction. Referral rewards are distributed automatically by the smart contract.

09Intellectual Property

The CrypFame name, logo, and website design are the property of CrypFame. The smart contract code is publicly viewable on the Ethereum blockchain. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the website design or branding without permission.

10Disclaimer of Warranties

CrypFame is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, uptime, accuracy of data, or fitness for any particular purpose.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrypFame and its contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Smart contract bugs or vulnerabilities
• Ethereum network issues, congestion, or downtime
• Wallet compromises or unauthorized transactions
• Lost, failed, or delayed transactions
• Loss of funds, Fame points, or any other digital assets
• Any other cause related to your use of the service

12Modification of Terms

CrypFame reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes arising from the use of CrypFame shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
